Here are four Easy Coffee Shake recipes you can make at home.





Coffee, Banana, Hazelnut morning shake





This one is good for if you want something decadent and still healthy. Weighing in at 190 calories per glass, this coffee shake recipe is one of the more sneakily healthy.





1/2 cup brewed coffee (chilled)


1/4 cup hazelnuts (soaked in water, at room temperature overnight, drained)


1/4 cup milk


1 bananas (frozen)


1 tbsp Honey


5 ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in your blender. Pulse a little at a time until the bananas, hazelnuts, and ice cubes are all blended smooth. Serve immediately. Only 190 calories!


Mocha Coffee Shake


One of the greatest combinations on earth is Chocolate and Coffee. ‘But a hot mocha isn’t always what you want. To get that hit without the heat, try this super easy coffee shake recipe.


11/2 cups Skim milk


1 tsp instant coffee powder


10 ice cubes (coffee)


chocolate syrup


Mix the Milk, Coffee powder, and Coffee ice cubes until smooth in a blender. Pour the smooth mixture into a tall glass and pour chocolate syrup on the top (the amount is up to you.) Mix the chocolate syrup into the glass before drinking or leave it as is for an interesting marbled effect.





Alcohol free Coffee Alexander


1/4 cup boiling water


1 teaspoons coffee crystals


1 cup milk


2 tablespoons chocolate syrup


1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream


combine all ingredients in the blender, starting with the boiling water and the coffee crystals. Whizz them once to dissolve the crystals before you add the milk, syrup, and ice cream- in that order. The order matters because you want all of the liquid in the bottom so your ice cream has lots of liquid to keep it from globbing up into a chunk. When it’s smooth, it’s ready to serve and enjoy.





Coffee Sambuca


1/2 cup decaffeinated coffee (or cold regular)


3 tbsps cream (or half-and-half)


3 liqueur (shots sambuca)


3 scoops coffee ice cream


whipped cream


This one is better enjoyed for the holidays or a party- and carries a whopping calorie punch of 2,940 calories per serving. Pop everything but the whipped cream into the blender and pulse until smooth. Top with the whipped cream, and serve.
